Join us for a Sound Healing Meditation!
It will be a day of healing, networking sharing with like minded souls. Here we offer a healing space where we as a community can gather together to have open discussion, vent, cry if you need. Everyone is allowed to speak freely, without judgment or criticism. Here we can simply let go, be present and get prepare for an overall reset.
We will conduct a breath work excercise to release stress followed by creating personal affirmation and a sound bath meditation.
