Here is a quick tutorial on how to make root tea.
Instructions: Put 1 tsp in a pot or tea kettle
Fill pot or kettle with 2 1-2 cups of water.
Boil for 20 minutes.
Steep for 3 minutes then
Here is a special recipe you can try if you suffer from congestion and digestive health issues.
Combine, 1 Ginger, 1/2 lime, 1 stick cinnamon,1 tsp clove, 1tsp garlic, 1 tsp of burdock root, 1 tsp of seamoss in a pot or tea kettle
Add 2 -3 cups of water
Bring to boil for 20 minutes
Steep for 5-10 minutes
