How To Make Sea moss Gel

Today I will show you how to make sea-moss gel.

Sea-moss is great for Immune Support and helps relieve and prevent symptoms of colds and flus.

It also contains compounds that help-to get rid of any infections.

Sea-moss is also a heavy metal detoxifying agent - meaning it helps pull heavy metals out of the tissues of our bodies. It’s also very helpful for fibromyalgia, moodiness, agitation, depression and anxiety disorders.Today I will be using purple sea-moss.


Preparation:


  1. take a handful of dry sea moss and rinse with water to remove sand and debris

  2. Soak the sea moss overnight in spring water in a bow and cover .

  3. Sea moss will now be clear and softer. Take all the sea-moss put it into a blender, add a little water and blend until smooth.

  4. Pour into a jar, using a jam funnel if needed.

  5. Place into the fridge overnight, or until ready to use.

  6. Will last for up to 3 week in the fridge.

The recommended quantity and dosage of Sea Moss is about 1 to 2 tablespoons daily.
