Why Eating Alkaline Food is Important

Quick question, How many of us have heard the term “you are what you eat?” Take a second and think deep into what this quote is stating? As I reflect On my own family, our celebrations of thanksgiving, birthdays, Christmas celebrations consist of the same foods and the recipes. My family being from South Carolina, Georgia, & New York our traditional dishes are chitterlings, cow tripe, pig feet, catfish, ox tails, cow foot, chicken feet. Now if I think about the one thing all the dishes have in common, they’re all the parts of the animal you would discard of. But for my ancestors and family members these left overs were given out after the masters ate the healthy portions. So as time passed these same foods and recipes were passed down from generation to generation normalizing these particular foods as tradition. Today, present time, we are not only faced with these traditional foods being unhealthy, but the foods are packed with pesticides, antibiotics, and hormones that are pumped into these animals to force them to develop quicker. We ingest these same chemicals that in return metastasize to cancer, diabetes, high blood pressure, fibroids and tumors. This is why eating electric (alkaline) food is important When we Eat Electric foods it nourishes and heals our bodies.
